Every feature is unlocked while the trial runs, and there is no player limit at all. When it ends without a subscription your club moves to Free and everything you logged stays. Free holds 4 players, so a club with more than 4 can keep reading everything but needs a subscription to log new games.

Pricing questions
What do I get for free, forever?
A club of up to 4 players, unlimited game logging, singles and doubles ratings, the leaderboard, and player profiles with your full match history. No card, no time limit.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your club moves to Free. Nothing you logged is deleted, and the games, ratings and leaderboard keep working. Sessions, achievements, milestones, seasons, tournaments and weather go back to being hidden until you subscribe.
What if we have more than 4 players and don't subscribe?
The club stays open to read. Every game, rating, profile and leaderboard position is still there, and nobody is removed from your roster. Logging new games is what stops until you subscribe. We would rather hold your club intact than ask you to cut it down to four people.
Can I cancel? What happens to our data?
Cancel any time from your billing page, in two clicks, with no phone call and no retention maze. You keep full access to the end of the period you have already paid for, then land on Free with your club intact. Subscribe again later and everything reappears exactly as it was.
Do you refund the rest of my subscription?
Subscriptions renew automatically and you can cancel any time from your billing page. When you cancel you keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, month or year, and we do not automatically refund unused time. If something went wrong, a double charge, a billing error, or you forgot to cancel and never used it, email support@volii.io and we will make it right.
Do you charge per player?
No. One club pays one price.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
You can move from monthly to annual whenever you like. The days you have already paid for that month come off the price of the year, so you pay a year's price for a year's service, and annual works out 17% cheaper.
What currency is this, and what about tax?
Every price on the pricing page is in US dollars: $15 USD a month, or $150 USD a year. Sales tax, including GST and HST in Canada, is worked out at checkout from your billing address and shown before you pay.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Signing up asks for your name, your email and what to call your club. A card is only collected the moment you choose to subscribe, and the 20-day trial never asks for one.
