Volii is session-planning and stats software for pickleball groups and clubs: sessions, cost-splitting, singles and doubles ELO ratings, leaderboards, player profiles, achievements, tournaments, seasons, and weather-aware scheduling.

Volii is for a group that already plays together regularly and has outgrown tracking it in a group chat and a spreadsheet: a recurring friend group, a club, or a league that runs its own sessions. It fits from four players up past twenty. It is not a court booking system and not facility management software, so if what you need is to reserve court time or take public registrations, Volii is the wrong tool. If what you need is to know who is playing, who owes what, and who is actually winning, that is the whole job it does.

A club of up to 4 players is free forever: unlimited game logging, singles and doubles ratings, the leaderboard, and player profiles with full match history. No card and no time limit. Sessions, achievements, milestones, seasons, tournaments and weather are on the Friend Group plan at $15 USD a month, which also holds up to 20 players.

No. Volii does not process, hold, or transmit any payment between players. Balances is a ledger and reminder tool: players can list an e-transfer email so a debt shows exactly where to send it, but the actual transfer happens entirely outside the app, through the players' own bank or e-transfer provider. Subscription payments are separate and are handled by Stripe, which is also where card details go: Volii never sees or stores a card number.

A session's cost splits evenly across whoever played. Balances then nets every outstanding share against every recorded payment between the same two people, across every session they've shared, so owing someone from three different sessions becomes one clean number instead of three separate ones.

Singles and doubles are tracked as two separate rating tracks per player. By default, a new doubles team starts from the average of its two players' Singles ELO and moves as a team from there, though admins can switch Doubles ELO to rank individuals instead of teams at any time, with the change reflected immediately. Ratings move faster for newer players and level off as you play more games.

Yes, by default. Season length and reset behavior are configurable and can be changed at any time. When a season resets, the active leaderboard starts fresh, while career-best peaks and full match history stay on your profile permanently.

Every club gets its own address, taken from its name when it is created: a club called The Dink Club lives at thedinkclub.volii.io. That is where you and everyone you invite sign in, and it is emailed to whoever created the club as soon as the club exists. If you forget it, go to volii.io/find and enter the email you signed up with, and Volii will send you every club that address is on.

No. Volii is a logging and record-keeping tool only. It does not book, reserve, or facilitate access to any court, facility, or rec center.

Account information (email, password, name), game data (scores, participants, dates), and any cost-splitting references (like an e-transfer email) you or another user provide. Volii does not collect location data. If your club subscribes, Stripe handles the payment and holds the card details; Volii stores only which plan you are on and a billing email.

Yes. Volii is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18 years old.

Your club moves to Free. Nothing you logged is deleted, and the games, ratings and leaderboard keep working. Sessions, achievements, milestones, seasons, tournaments and weather go back to being hidden until you subscribe.

The club stays open to read. Every game, rating, profile and leaderboard position is still there, and nobody is removed from your roster. Logging new games is what stops until you subscribe. We would rather hold your club intact than ask you to cut it down to four people.

Cancel any time from your billing page, in two clicks, with no phone call and no retention maze. You keep full access to the end of the period you have already paid for, then land on Free with your club intact. Subscribe again later and everything reappears exactly as it was.

Subscriptions renew automatically and you can cancel any time from your billing page. When you cancel you keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, month or year, and we do not automatically refund unused time. If something went wrong, a double charge, a billing error, or you forgot to cancel and never used it, email support@volii.io and we will make it right.

No. One club pays one price.

You can move from monthly to annual whenever you like. The days you have already paid for that month come off the price of the year, so you pay a year's price for a year's service, and annual works out 17% cheaper.

Every price on the pricing page is in US dollars: $15 USD a month, or $150 USD a year. Sales tax, including GST and HST in Canada, is worked out at checkout from your billing address and shown before you pay.

No. Signing up asks for your name, your email and what to call your club. A card is only collected the moment you choose to subscribe, and the 20-day trial never asks for one.
